Why 401(k) software

Retirement plan firms run on precise data and fixed deadlines, yet much of the work still happens in spreadsheets and email. Our team includes people who spent years inside TPA administration and recordkeeping, so we build software around how plan years actually run: census in, testing, corrections, filings and sponsor sign-off.

We put that knowledge into KinetiPlan, our own TPA operating system, and into the systems we build for clients.
